We represent the readers in Russia and abroad, the new Information Journal "Problems of Economics and Law." The magazine is designed for practical and scientific workers, teachers, postgraduates and students of law and economics departments of universities.

In the formation of innovative economic development, globalization of economic activities special significance, the fundamental problems of interaction between economics and law. The magazine suggests to consider the theory and history of the state and law, issues of international, constitutional, administrative, land, labor law, arbitration and civil procedure. An important focus of the magazine will be published economic articles in which to analyze the theoretical and practical issues of institutional economics to the principles of law under the present socio-economic conditions of its development.
